calculation of anaerobic threshold)
The VO2 Max test provides a picture of your overall
fitness level and performance potential. This test will provide
heart rates and power for cycling or speed for running - values
that correlate to the athlete's ventilatory threshold.
Optimal training zones and intensities for training and racing
are established from your VO2 Max testing results and participants
will be referred to our coaches for consultation and the
development of a training program to meet the needs of the
client.
Options are then available for a personalised training
program.
